<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>PHNOM PENH, Cambodia</strong> – Wing Bank (Cambodia) Plc. has announced a landmark <strong>USD 500 million credit commitment</strong> to support <strong>micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), startups, and women entrepreneurs</strong>, reinforcing its role in driving inclusive economic growth in Cambodia.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">This large-scale financing initiative is being implemented through strategic partnerships with the <strong>Women’s Economic Development and Entrepreneurship Center (WEDEC)</strong>, the <strong>General Department of Customs and Excise of Cambodia (GDCE)</strong>, and the <strong>Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology &amp; Innovation (MISTI)</strong>.</p>

The program directly responds to the call to action made by <strong>First Lady Lok Chumteav Dr. Pich Chanmony Hun Manet</strong> during the official inauguration of WEDEC in Phnom Penh.</p>
