Phnom Penh, Cambodia – On Saturday morning (Dec. 6), Prime Minister Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet actively engaged with local residents in Banteay Meanchey Province and Battambang Province, focusing on communities near the border.
The Prime Minister held meetings and interacted directly with citizens in Prey Chan and Chork Chey villages, Ou Bei Chorn Commune (Ou Chrov District, Banteay Meanchey), and in Kamreang and Boeung Reang communes (Kamreang District, Battambang).
PM Commends Armed Forces for Protecting Territorial Integrity
Samdech Thipadei publicly expressed his deep gratitude to the Banteay Meanchey Provincial Unified Administration Command, all armed forces, and relevant authorities.
He praised their dedication and intervention in safeguarding territorial integrity, ensuring security for the people, and effectively addressing various local issues, particularly those faced by residents in Prey Chan and Chork Chey villages with great commitment.

He further thanked the elderly, villagers, and residents of Chork Chey and Prey Chan for demonstrating their trust, support, and patience toward the Royal Government. This crucial backing allows the government to effectively fulfill its mission to protect national interests and territorial integrity along the border.
