Cambodia, Japan Sign US$2.8 Million Grant for Human Resource Development Scholarship

Phnom Penh: Cambodia and Japan have formalised a grant aid agreement worth approximately US$2.8 million (416 million Japanese yen) to support the Human Resource Development Scholarship (JDS) project.
