- Progress of Treatment: After staying at the Beijing Capital Hospital in the People’s Republic of China for the past week, His Majesty the King has received exceptional care from a team of highly experienced medical professors and specialists. Following a successful minor surgical procedure, His Majesty’s physical condition has improved remarkably.
- Ongoing Recovery: Currently, the medical team is administering medication to alleviate pain and accelerate the healing of the surgical site according to the scheduled timeline. The professors have requested His Majesty to remain at the hospital for a further period to allow for continued observation and ensure a full and robust recovery.
- Royal Message of Gratitude: His Majesty the King and Her Majesty the Queen Mother Norodom Monineath Sihanouk expressed their deepest gratitude to the Supreme Patriarchs of both monastic orders, the clergy, national leaders, officials, and all Cambodian citizens for their constant prayers and well-wishes for His Majesty’s speedy recovery.
