PHNOM PENH – H.E. Lt. Gen. Rath Dararoth, Secretary of State at the Ministry of National Defence, delivered a key presentation this morning to the Foreign Military Attachés to the Kingdom of Cambodia (MACPP), representing 12 countries.
The Secretary of State briefed the attendees on the progress of the Kuala Lumpur Joint Declaration on Peace, Cooperation, and Prosperity. Signed on October 26, 2025, this Declaration is the foundation for rebuilding trust, peace, and cooperation between Cambodia and Thailand.
H.E. Lt. Gen. Rath Dararoth clearly outlined several priority areas agreed upon under the Joint Declaration. He emphasized Cambodia’s sincere commitment and full readiness to work closely with Thailand. This cooperation is essential to serve the common interests of both countries and peoples, aiming for a speedy return to normalcy.
