Mondulkiri: On the morning of Tuesday, July 7, 2026, Samdech Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate and President of the Cambodian People’s Party, held a meeting with local council members and administrative leaders of Mondulkiri Province. The event brought together approximately 500 participants, including senior lawmakers and local officials.
This meeting is a continuation of the “Grassroots Outreach” mission, which began on April 25, 2026. To date, Samdech Techo has visited 19 provinces and municipalities across the country to engage directly with local authorities.
During the session, Samdech Techo urged local officials to prioritize the efficient delivery of public services and proactively address the concerns of the citizens. He further emphasized the importance of maintaining security and public order, combating crime, protecting natural resources, and strengthening local administrative management.
