Samdech Techo Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian Senate and President of the Cambodian People’s Party, and his high-level delegation returned to Phnom Penh on the afternoon of September 2, 2025. The return followed the conclusion of his official visit to Vietnam, where he attended the commemoration of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and Vietnam’s National Day.
During his visit to Vietnam, the Senate President held separate meetings with key Vietnamese leaders, including Mr. To Lam, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam; Mr. Tran Thanh Man, Chairman of the National Assembly; and Mr. Pham Minh Chinh, Prime Minister.
